In 2011, pupils at Bredon School celebrated a bumper crop of *A – C passes at GCSE, with 65% of pupils achieving the benchmark figure.

Because our student’s strengths are so diverse, there’s no such thing as a typical destination for our pupils once they finish their studies with us.
Of our sixth formers, many leave to go on to UK universities to take degree courses in a wide range of subjects. Overseas students sometimes return to universities or colleges in their home country, although others prefer to continue their studies in the UK.
Some of our students enter straight into the world of work after leaving School and here again the range is very broad. In recent years, former Bredon students have, for example, joined law firms, pursued careers in agriculture or embarked upon a military career.
Of course that initial destination is only the beginning. Bredon alumni frequently go on to build interesting and often highly entrepreneurial careers; we are always fascinated to learn how our old boys and old girls have progressed in the years since they left us.
Our former pupils include:
• An entrepreneur and philanthropist who has established several companies in a number of fields including IT and interior design,
• A Cheltenham Gold Cup winning National Hunt Jockey,
• Impresario who restored an historic theatre and gained an MBE.
