Bredon School: a warm welcome at Open Morning

Independent Bredon School will be offering families a warm welcome at this term’s Open Morning this weekend.

Prospective pupils and their parents will be able to meet staff and chat to existing pupils during the event at the boarding and day school near Tewkesbury on Saturday (7th November) from 10am-noon. A number of demonstrations of school activities are also planned.

At a time when many independent schools are struggling to recruit pupils, Bredon’s pupil roll over the past year has remained around 240 – its highest level for at least a decade.

Admissions & Development Manager Doug Sharp said: “Our Autumn Term Open Morning is always popular as it’s the time of year when many parents start to think about which school their son or daughter will be going to next September. We’re all looking forward to giving people our usual warm welcome on Saturday.”

Anyone intending to come along to the Open Morning is asked, if possible, to contact Mrs Sheila Denman at the school in advance on 01684 293156 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Founded in 1962, Bredon School is located in 84 acres of grounds based around the picturesque Victorian mansion of Pull Court, close to the village of Bushley.
