Senior Mixed Hockey v Winchcombe

Won 8-6

Winchcombe quickly took the lead before Bredon settled down to make the score 5-5 at half time. Frank Adams was outstanding in his first game in goal and kept the goals down.

Bredon took advantage of several short corners, and Harry Jones scored 7 goals with Harry Hodgkins adding another to make the final score 8-6 to Bredon. A good and well deserved win.

Senior Girls v Bowbrook

Lost 15-9

With 3 junior girls filling in, Bredon lacked any team work, but without Jasmine Rider's skill in defence the score would have been much higher. The Bowbrook forwards were difficult to mark and they were the winners 15-9.

Junior Girls v Bowbrook

Lost 4-3

This was a far closer game and with goals from Lucy Mathews and Megan Bates, Bredon looked far better. Unfortunately it was Bowbrooks day and they went on to win 4-3.
