Lost 4-2 When we arrived we were greeted by 30 players all eager to play. One of the Chase teams had had a match cancelled at the last minute and were desperate for a game, hoping for a few minutes on the pitch. Bredon were in total control for the first half with Chase unable to break into our half. Just before half-time the two Harrys performed an amazing corner. Harry Hodgkins hit the ball to Harry Jones, who controlled it and returned it to Harry Hodgkins, who then centred it for Harry Jones to score the first goal of the match.In the second half, Harry Jones scored another goal but Bredon were now beginning to tire and with 15 minutes remaining Chase's fresh players, were all over the pitch and scored four quick goals. Special mention must go to Jake Devenport and Jack Bonner, the heavy brigade in defence who worked tirelessly to keep out the skillful Chase players. The final score was 4-2 to Chase.
