Nearly 100 children from eight schools came together to take part in the 17th Bredon Junior Challenge. In the morning, the children from Years 3-6 took part in a range of activities, including map reading, model-making, a penalty shoot out, and a timed race over the assault course. A barbecue lunch by the pool was followed by a swimming gala. Haberdashers’ Monmouth Preparatory School for Girls accumulated the most points over the day and were overall winners, with Bredon School achieving a creditable fourth place.
