As Maintenance Operative at Bredon School, you will work as part of the maintenance teams to help ensure the buildings and grounds are in first-class condition. Every day, you’ll be undertaking repairs, from fixing windows and touching up or renewing paint work with a friendly team and to take pride in creating attractive surroundings where our young people will thrive.

Your previous maintenance experience, or strong background in DIY, will mean you’re a fantastic all-rounder, who loves rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. A relevant trade skill (e.g. carpentry, plumbing and plastering & decorating) and knowledge of health and safety do’s and don’ts would be an advantage, but are not essential. What’s more important to us is your attitude, expertise and your naturally helpful approach. You’ll also be a great team worker.
