Specific Learning Support (SLS) Teacher and Teaching Assistant (combined role)
The role of the Specific Learning Support (SLS) teacher is to plan, prepare and teach individual pupils Literacy and Numeracy in mainly small groups, but on a 1:1 basis when required. The Teaching Assistant will provide one to one support with individual students, working under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff.
The successful applicant should have experience of working with young people and want to see them reach their potential. The ability to work under pressure with initiative is essential. Excellent interpersonal qualities and a sense of humour are required for this important position within the Bredon School team.
