Hiten is the Finance Director for Cavendish Education, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience of working with UK centric and global businesses where ownership models ranged from owner-managed to Private Equity backed businesses to Venture Capital-Backed businesses. Hiten brings with him a proven record of introducing and driving the uptake of an efficient growth-orientated finance function. Hiten began his career with Deloitte’s before moving to Budget Group Limited (Owners of Comparethemarket), where he was responsible for setting up the finance function in the early days of the business. Since then he has held various FD roles in other fast-growing businesses across sectors that include multi-site businesses.
