Mrs Pip Adams
Head of Sixth Form, Teacher of Science
PCGE, SpLD Level 3
Mrs Adams teaches Science and is the Head of Sixth Form at Bredon School, a role which involves supporting students with both their academic and pastoral requirements. She is passionate about ensuring that during their time in the Sixth Form, students are provided with a wealth of opportunities and experiences, helping to prepare them for their future studies or entering the world of work.
Mrs Adams’ career started in Physiotherapy, which culminated in working for eight years at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge before a family relocation brought her to Worcestershire in 2012, and a change of career. She joined Bredon School in 2012, working initially as a Teaching Assistant, before being invited by the Headmaster to study for a PGCE. She qualified as a teacher in 2016.
She is married with a son and daughter, both of whom are married, and had her first granddaughter in December 2018… a wonderful addition to the family! Outside work, Mrs Adams enjoys participating in a variety of sporting activities, cooking, reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
