Senior School Curriculum

A Curriculum Built Around Every Student

At Bredon, education isn’t one-size-fits-all. We offer three educational pathways for students choosing their options in year 10: Academic, Creative and Vocational. Students can follow a route that suits their strengths, interests and aspirations.

YEAR 1O OPTIONS

Whether your child is aiming for university, an apprenticeship or jumping straight into a career after finishing school, they’ll find a programme that works best for them.

At Bredon, we don’t just prepare students for exams – we prepare them for life.

Core Subjects Taught by Specialists

At Bredon, all of our students study Maths and English. As a dyslexia specialist school, we understand that these subjects can present challenges. To support our students, we provide a wide range of assistive technology designed to help them succeed in these areas. We also embed Specialist Learning Sessions (SLS), delivered by SpLD-qualified teachers, into every student’s timetable, with the additional opportunity for students to choose SLS as an option subject from Key Stage 4.
