We’re proud to have won the ISA Senior School Award for Academic Excellence and Innovation for our outstanding Work Experience Programme. From mock interviews to real-world placements, students have a chance to explore careers, build employability skills and start shaping their future.
Mock Interviews: Students practise interview techniques with real employers from a range of industries, gaining experience in a supportive yet realistic setting.
One-Day-a-Week Placements: For those studying vocational and Level 2 courses, placements offer invaluable hands-on experience, often leading to apprenticeships or job offers after Sixth Form.

Students can choose to continue weekly work placements in Sixth Form – carefully matched to their career aspirations and supported with regular school visits to ensure quality and safety.
Together with the Head of Sixth Form, Deputy Head (Academic) and the wider pastoral and academic teams, our Careers Team is committed to helping every student find their path – whether that’s higher education, training, employment or entrepreneurship.
