Job Vacancies

Here at Bredon, we recognise the importance of every child’s individual educational journey and today we adhere to that individual approach as closely as ever. We pride ourselves on the friendly environment that prevails at the School.

With relatively small pupil numbers, staff find that they can come to know all the children, not just those they teach. All our staff are expected to contribute to the ethos of Bredon, making the educational journey for each child stimulating, enjoyable, challenging and tailored.

Bredon School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with employers and the Disclosure & Barring Service. Read the Bredon School Safeguarding Policy.

We aim to be a fair employer and are committed to equal opportunities. Bredon School does not discriminate against employees on the basis of gender, ethnic origin, disability or age.

We are the TES Boarding School of the Year 2025!

We’re thrilled to share that Bredon School has been named Boarding School of the Year 2025 at the prestigious TES Schools Awards!

This national recognition is a powerful testament to the heart and soul of our school – our dedicated boarding team, our exceptional teaching and support staff and our tireless facilities and catering teams. Every one of them plays a role in creating a nurturing and inclusive boarding environment for our students.

At Bredon, boarding is more than just a place to stay – it’s a place where young people with dyslexia are understood, empowered and supported to thrive. From the structure of daily routines to the beautifully refurbished boarding rooms designed with dyslexia in mind, every detail is centred around the student experience.

We’re so proud to see our warm, specialist and student-led approach recognised on a national stage.
