After joining Bredon, Alicia found the supportive and understanding environment she had been looking for. Surrounded by like-minded peers and encouraged by staff, she quickly grew in confidence and independence. Looking back, Alicia credits Bredon with giving her the confidence and belief to pursue her ambitions. The support and encouragement she received from staff helped her discover her passion and laid the foundations for a rewarding career in hospitality, making her a wonderful example of what can be achieved with the right guidance and determination.
