Gary has over 20 years’ experience of working in the areas of safeguarding, quality and compliance with children and young people. Prior to joining Cavendish Education, Gary was the Director of Quality and Safeguarding at the National Fostering Group working across all the home nations.
Gary spent eight years working for Ofsted, where he was a Regulatory Inspection Manager before becoming a Senior Her Majesty’s Inspector in Early Education. Prior to this, Gary worked across Local Authorities, the private sector and the NSPCC as a social worker in the fields of child protection, Looked After Children, disabilities and fostering.
