Rachel is the Group People Director for Cavendish Education.
She held senior HR positions within the financial and property services industry as well as the technology, manufacturing and engineering sectors. She was the Head of the HR Services division of a business consulting firm and also held a role within Gloucestershire Constabulary’s senior management team to bring a commercial approach to the delivery of the People agenda within Policing. She specialises in assisting organisations through change.
Rachel supports Cavendish Education and its schools in all aspects of staff welfare, recruitment, human resource matters and training needs.
She has a degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
